It is very terrible to live whole life with a problem of sweating. Some people will have the problem of sweating while sleeping. They normally woke up in the mid night by disturbing sleep. They will have the feel of the external temperature is very high which is not so for the others who do not have this problem. The bed and pillows are completely wet after four to five hours of sleep in the night. There are ways and suggestions to stop excessive sweating during night times.
For women the night sweat is a problem when they attain the age of menopausal. This is because of the decrease in the value of estrogen produced in the body. This will lead to night sweat. The excessive sweating during night will affect women’s quality of life completely. Night sweat leads to some of the heart diseases for women in the age of above forty. Hormone replacement therapy helps in some way to women. This is one of the ways to reduce night sweat for women. Taking complete shower before bedtime is very effective to reduce night sweat. Night sweat normally affect hair, spine, face and around the neck. The underarm sweating in the night disturbs sleep.
